Thank you for tuning in to Midday Joy today! Unfortunately we lost [a lot] of you this afternoon because we were having some regularly scheduled maintenance being done on our broadcast tower. FORTUNATELY we never lost our online streaming and many of you continued to listen throughout the remainder of our time together. A big thank you to Lillie in PA and Dee in Merryville, MD for emailing us and letting us know that you listen DAILY to wolc.org at work. That's certainly an encouragement to us. Any time that happens, always know that wolc.org never loses its connection -- unless there is a serious hiccup in the system. Thanks for tuning in.

Tomorrow morning I'll be co-hosting "Joy in the Morning" with Howard and we're looking forward to spending 3 wonderful hours with you as we begin our day with great contests, news, information and of course music to take you through your morning. I'M looking forward to it -- Howard will have to right the ship if it goes of course!! 6am-9am, we hope you'll join us.

Well, today is IT... A New month approaches and July winds down. We here at Joy! 102.5 hope that you've enjoyed your summer, thus far. Maybe you've begun preparing for that scary (at least to the kids) "S" word, SCHOOL!!! Some are beginning their academic schedules in August, others waiting until September. Nonetheless, thank you for making us your family station all summer long and let's enjoy this last day of July!

ALSO, on a personal note, thank you for all the kind words of acceptance and encouragement last night at the Casting Crowns and John Waller concert in Salisbury. So many smiling faces and hand shakes really made the evening a delight. This "New Guy" looks forward to meeting you at future Joy! 102.5 events.

HELLO and Salutations as we join you all the way from North Carolina!!! On behalf of myself and my wife Grace I sincerely want to say thank you for all of the gracious hospitality that has been shown to us as we've arrived to the Eastern Shore community. Life away from home, a near 8 hour drive, can certainly be intimidating and scary at first, but the staff at Joy! 102.5 and the outpouring of encouragement from listeners has absolutely given Grace and I the assurance that this is where God has placed us for this "season" of our lives. So again, Thank You and we look forward to ministering, together, with YOU and serving the Lord together.
